A review of the facts:

1. When Bill hired me, he had 2 stores.

2. When he was asked to leave the Fort Walton location, Memorial day was looming close.

3. Sundays are very slow, even in the summer. Some are good but generally not.

4. He planned on not opening the store on Sundays after Memorial day.

5. He owes me money, dating back to March/April.

6. He owes me money for the two weekends, I worked following Memorial Day.

7. He owes me money for computer supplies.

8. He no longer needs me to work the store.

9. He has a long history of not paying bills.

10. He put off paying me and then left town to set Ron up in an Apartment.

11. He never told me that he no longer needed me.

12. He told Paul, whom he'd already hired.

13. Paul told me that Bill did not need me.

14. One day later, That was changed because Paul could not work and Bill was out of town.

15. On no other occasion, that I'm aware of has bill not counted his money, immediately.

16. He would not on the last day of the Hampton store.

17. I worked two more weeks after he claims that monies were missing.

18. No-one allows anyone they know to have stolen from them, access to the cash register.

19. Suddenly, weeks later, when he is faced with the fact that I must be paid, Theft!

20. Bill knows my landlord. Sees him at least once a week.

21. Tells people that he doesn't know how to reach me.

22. He has seen me since the accusations began but chose to ignore me.

23. He has never confronted me with any of this.

24. He has implied that everyone at the Hampton location stole from him.

25. He over-ordered a lot of merchandise for Memorial day and cannot return it.

26. He has a lot of bills which have not been paid since before Memorial day, 1999.

27. By not paying me he relieves some of the pressure to pay others.

28. By accusing me of theft, he avoids paying me.

And on and on and on.

Anyone who knows me, will tell you that I loved working in the store.

It is not a job; It is a social event.

You get to meet most of the newcomers and a lot of the locals.

There is nowhere else that you can do that.

I never, intentionaly, offended anyone but quite to the contrary, tried to make everyone

who visited the store, feel welcome.

I will never forgive Bill for taking that away from me.

A Pride store has an obligation to the community which supports it.

There were so many things that I wanted to do.

Steal! I don't think so!
